The dojo has a team of regular Instructors occasionally they maybe supported by visiting Sensei or Senior Sensei who have been invited to teach as a guest.
The dojo also hosts a number of special seminars a year with senior martial artists from around the world. Some of the sessions are compulsory for dojo members and count towards their personal grading assessment.
After finishing Kihon, kata or Kumite, when the last movement of the body is completed, one must not let go the whole ki at once. It is important to keep the spirit and be able to react to sudden change, or return to one’s original state of calm. Even if there is still violence around you! You must remain in a state of readiness!
